Karine Laudort In our new segment, “Tried and Tested”, we will be reviewing many amazing brands, our first brand being Lola Lashes. With their eyelashes lasting up to 30 ‘all day wears’, I thought it was only right to let the Kay Flawless team give their take on the products.
Lola’s Lashes have paved the way for the beauty industry, using innovative magnetic technology to make eyelashes easier for day-to-day wear. Their magnetic eyelashes and eyeliner system are what makes this brand so unique.
Lola’s Lashes mentioned on their website that “Our lashes are weatherproof (up to 75mph winds!) and waterproof, so they shouldn’t move around once you’ve got them on and in place.”

One of my biggest pet peeves for false lashes are when they slip and slide all over and the glue does not stick properly so this will be the ultimate test to see if they live up to their expectation.
First and foremost, the packaging is divine; You get the ultimate luxurious feel when opening the box. Not only does their design of the packaging make them stand out but it also makes you feel super special when opening it.
The magnetic lash and liner kit in the style “Felt Cute” is the ultimate natural lash. Perfect for no-makeup, makeup days or if you want to add a little extra length. This lash is very light on its volume but gives you a fluttery finish; Great for work or day-to-day life. The kit comes with magnetic eyeliner, a set of lashes and a cleansing balm, which helps with the removal.
Eyeliner is something I tend to steer clear of as I am not very good at applying it but what I have to say is that this magnetic eyeliner is very user friendly; I like to line very close to my lash line so that the falsies look as natural as possible. After you line, you can just place the lash band where the liner is and the lashes are down!
The eyelashes look gorgeous and I was super happy with the result. The glue lasted long and I was able to adjust them throughout the day for ultimate comfort. The lash band is a bit thicker than normal as it has to fit a magnet in so it does make it harder to sit the lash perfectly on the lash line but without a doubt, they are super flattering.
As mentioned previously, there is a cleansing balm that comes with the magnetic lash kit that helps with the removal process and this really helps to break down the magnetic eyeliner residue left on your eye! No more using harsh wipes and having sore eyes!
Overall, I was super pleased with my lashes and they have lasted so long!

Using Lola Lashes for the first time after previously wearing lashes before was actually one of the easiest applications! As we already know, applying lashes can be tricky and requires some time for the lashes to stay secure. It’s always a challenge on a night out with the girls!
However, after using magnetic lashes, I don’t think I will be going back to regular lashes. I find that the lashes being magnetic saves so much more time and is easier especially for those whose hands can be unsteady.
The fact that the lashes stick to eyeliner instead of lash glue means that we can say goodbye to any glue residue and have our eyeliner on fleek instead.
I do hope Lola Lashes can introduce a felt eyeliner pen for an easier application of the eyeliner but overall, I can’t complain!
This particular lash style ” Manifesting” has more volume than the “Felt Cute” style, with longer length at the ends of the lashes, giving the ultimate sultry cat-eye look but nevertheless, this style can be worn for everyday use.
Lola Lashes, it is a thumbs up from us. From the outstanding packaging that makes you feel super special to the magnetic eyeliner that makes it super easy to apply your lashes, we were truly blown away by the quality and presentation.
