The lip colour doesn’t necessarily have to be bright, but deep in colour. For your eyes, if you’re feeling daring go for a colour that somewhat clashes with your lip colour to create a high fashion face. If you’d rather a more natural/day look, choose pastels colours which are still deep in colour.
