Calling all Coffee Lovers! Best Coffee Prep and Recipes

Coffee dates back to 800AD and being the most consumed drink in the world, with many different alternatives and options, we are not surprised you feel overwhelmed when standing in the Coffee aisle.

There is two main types of coffee, Robusta and Arabica. Both with very unique tastes.

Arabica Coffee beans take 70% of the world production of coffee. With key flavours of Arabica beans being sweet, caramel notes, there is no surprise it is the most popular. Arabica coffee beans allow experienced coffee roasters the ability to work with a wider palette of flavours. The caffeine content in Arabica beans is 1.2- 1.5% which usually makes it more expensive.

Robusta Coffee has earthy and spicy notes with Caffeine content being 1.2% higher than Arabica. You will usually find Robusta coffee in your Espresso or instant coffee which gives you quite a bitter taste.
