Veganuary is all about promoting and bringing attention to all the small changes we can make to have a big impact on the environment, and a more significant effect on your mental, physical and spiritual health and well-being.

I understand switching to a vegan diet can be daunting but with the rise of new vegan products on the market, it shouldn’t have to be! There are so many new and delicious food and drink products that you can try, but this can make it hard for you to decide what is worth your while. As I also do enjoy eating plant-based food from time to time (and sully drink plant-based milk), I have come across some extraordinary brands with fabulous stories behind them and even better-tasting products, so I would love to share them with you! I know many who search far and wide for the perfect vegan craft beer but still haven’t found one for their liking. If only they knew that what they were searching for was right in front of them!
